Itinerary

Arrival at Hanoi airport, welcome by driver and guide. Transfer to the center 35km from the airport. Check in at the hotel and free time to rest after a long flight and the time difference. At 3.00 pm welcome of the guide with whom we will begin to discover the capital of Vietnam with a tour in redemption in the old quarter that will give you many interesting surprises. Then visit to the lake of Hoan Kiem - the heart of Hanoi - to understand the reason for its name and the temple of Ngoc Son on the shores of the lake.

A day to visit the capital of Vietnam: the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh - founder of Vietnam (the visit of the interior is impossible on Monday), his house on stilts and the One Pillar Pagoda, the Tran Vu (Defense) Pagoda of the town to the west lake and the museum of ethnography with the collection of customs and traditions of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam. Afternoon, visit of the Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam - built in the 11th century. This temple has become the symbol of Hanoi and Vietnamese culture. In the late afternoon, we will see a puppet show on water, an art of the peoples of the Red River delta.

After breakfast, transfer to Halong Bay - eighth wonder of the world - through the rice fields and the countryside of the red river delta. Arrival in Halong around noon, boarding a wooden boat for a magnificent cruise in the bay. During this cruise, you can admire many Karst Mountains, caves, and lagoons in all forms. Moreover, light, clouds and fog create wonderful unexpected atmospheres. You can climb to the mount of Titov to get a view of the bay, take a bath or discover the bay by kayak.
In the late afternoon, the ship will drop anchor for the night in the bay. After dinner with seafood on board, you can fish for squid or sing karaoke.

We advise waking up early to admire the splendid sunrise over the bay and to take part in the Tai Chi exercise with the boat team. The return cruise will allow you to discover other parts of the bay. Disembarkation at 11.30. Return to Hanoi and transfer to the airport for the flight to Hue. Reception of the guide and driver and transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast, we begin to visit the romantic city of Hue with a boat trip on the Perfume River. Landing to visit Thien Mu's pagoda and then the tombs of the King of Minh Mang (King of Vietnam from 1820 to 1841), of King Khai Dinh (King of Vietnam from 1885-1925) and the imperial city of the Nguyen dynasty (1804 - 1945) where hundreds of years old architectural works are preserved, including palaces and royal tombs of the Nguyen dynasty. Royal dinner where you can dress up as King, Queen, Prince, Princess listening to real music. Return to the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Hoi An, 120km from Hue, crossing the Cloud Pass which offers a splendid view of the center. Stop in Danang to visit the marble mountain and the Cham museum. Arrival at Hoi An around noon and hotel installation. In the afternoon, discovery of Hoi An - UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Temple, the Phong Hung House, the pagoda of Phuc Thanh the oldest pagoda of Hoi An (1454) erected by a Chinese monk, the central market, the port.

In the morning, departure to visit the archaeological site of My Son, 60km from the center, which was the religious and political capital of the kingdom of Champa, a unique culture that flowered in Vietnam from the 4th to the 13th century. Today, it is classified a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Return to Hoi An. Afternoon free to explore the area or relax on the beach at Cua Dai.

After breakfast, transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Saigon - the largest and most dynamic city in Vietnam. Welcome from the guide and transfer to the hotel.
Visit of Saigon: the reunification palace - a building that symbolizes the government of South Vietnam and brings us back to 1975 when the communist tanks entered Saigon, the Chinese temple of Thien Hau which has more than 150 years of history, the post office , the Duomo, Ben Thanh market.

After breakfast, transfer to My Tho and the fascinating Mekong delta then boat ride on the river to visit the island of Thoi Son. At the end, transfer by boat through Tan Thach, the natural Ben Tre canal, visit to the coconut milk candy factory and many tropical foods. You will have the opportunity to taste honey tea and then an excursion on the horse-drawn cart will help you discover the local lifestyle in the village of Tan Thach. We will continue our way to Can Tho, visit the ancient house of Binh Thuy before settling into the hotel.

After breakfast, transfer de Chau Doc to Phnom Penh with a fast boat, crossing the waters of the Mekong and crossing the border with Cambodia to Kaam Samnor.
In the afternoon visit of Phnom Penh, pleasant and modern city: the National Museum, historical memory of Phnom Penh, with numerous archaeological finds of the Khmer culture; the Royal Palace, with the throne room and the pavilion where court dances were held; the Silver Pagoda, Raung Damrei and the Toul Toumpoung market which is also called the Russian market.

Transfer from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap by boat (about 6 hours). Reception in Siem Reap, transfer and hotel accommodation. In the afternoon, visit the Tonle Sap Lake for the floating village of Chong Kneas and the life of the inhabitants. Then, visit the Artisan d'Angkor village known for its silk products. Dinner in a local restaurant with the possibility of watching the Aspara dance show.

After breakfast, from the southern portal, we pass by the famous Bayon of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries. Visit the 350-meter long terrace of the Elephants, the three-level pyramid that represents Mount Méru and the temple of Ta Phrom.
In the afternoon, discover the marvelous temple of Angkor Wat, included among the world heritage sites of UNESCO, with its slender towers and its extraordinary bas-reliefs. It is one of the most extraordinary monuments ever conceived by human beings, built in the 12th century (1112 - 1152) in honor of Vishnou. At the end of the day, we will admire the sunset from Bakong temple.

Breakfast and then transfer to visit the Banteay Srei temple about 28 kilometers from the city, considered a true gem of Khmer art with its bas-reliefs in pink sandstone. Its peculiarity is that it was built by a court dignitary and not by a king. Return to Siem Reap and transfer to the airport for the flight to Luang Prabang.

At about 6:00 am, you will have the opportunity to participate in the ritual meal during which the monks wear the saffron robe, and walk barefoot along the streets to collect gifts made by the faithful. 
Day to visit the UNESCO heritage site: the wonderful Wat Xieng Thong or "Temple of the Golden City" built by King Setthathirat in 1560, a Buddhist shrine located on the northern tip of the Luang Prabang peninsula; the spiritual monument of Wat Visoun built in the sixteenth century famous for its considerable size and the great dome that is commonly called "That Makmo", or watermelon; the National Museum (the former Royal Palace) which represents a collection of personal objects of the royal family; the central market; Mount Phousi to have a beautiful view of the city and watch the sunset over the Mekong River.

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin the cruise on the Mekong to admire the peaceful rural landscapes and the mysterious Pak Ou caves located between the tributaries of the Nam Ou and the Mekong, two caves connected with thousands of golden Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes, left by the pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, known for the production of rice wine. Then, transfer to visit the beautiful Khouang Sy waterfalls nestled in the lush tropical vegetation and the village of Ban Xangkhong specializing in the production and sale of packaged silk products and Saa Paper (a type of paper made from mulberry bark). Return to Luang Prabang.

Morning flight to Vientiane where our guide will be waiting for your transfer to the center.
In the afternoon, visit of the capital of Laos: Vat Sisaket (built in 1818, is the only temple in Vientiane that was not destroyed by a Thai invasion in 1828); the temple of Vat Pra Keo, formerly a royal temple now transformed into a museum; the great Pha That Luang stupa - the most important spiritual monument of Laos, symbol of the Buddhist religion and Laotian sovereignty, and the Arch of Triumph Patuxay.

The morning is dedicated to visiting the Xieng Khuan buddha park 30 km from the center, a kind of religious playground where all the statues are giant and appear to tell a thousand and one stories. Return to Vientiane and free time for shopping until the transfer to the airport depending on the time of your flights.

2. The cancellation fees will apply:
  • Cancelation 30 days prior to arrival date: USD 50 per person will be charged.
  • Cancelation from 20 days to 30 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total invoice amount will be charged
  • Cancelation from 10 days to 20 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice amount will be charged
  • Cancelation less than 10 days prior to arrival date or no-show: 100% of total invoice invoice amount will be charged

Refund Policy

If tour participants buy additional services which are not included in their program, the service fee will be charged on spot.
If tours participants cancel some services and / or portion of the tour program at their will during the trip, reimbursements shall not be made for these unused services and /or portions.
If in the course of the trip, an illness or mishap befalls a tour participant that entails extra services and /or medical attention arranged by company, all the related additional costs shall be defrayed by the participant himself or herself on the spot.
