The journey then moves to Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first capital and one of its most sacred cities. Visit the revered Sri Maha Bodhi Tree, ancient stupas, and monastic complexes that reflect over two millennia of Buddhist history. En route to Kandy, stop at a spice and herbal garden to learn about traditional healing practices.
