After attempting to master this art, sit down and relax with a beer and get your first tastes of Hue cuisine. Next, take a ride through the city and get a beautiful view of the Perfume River, ending up at our next stop- a bustling local restaurant. Try some classic Vietnamese dishes such as grilled pork skewers & Vietnamese pancakes– Hue style. From here, nighttime has arrived, so you’ll zoom through the lit Citadel walls and by the local riverside stalls. This ride will bring you to another local favourite where you can try some more daring dishes if you’d like (you’ll be pleasantly surprised!). After this restaurant, you will enjoy the final stop of the food tour, a popular Vietnamese dessert shop to taste some things on the sweeter side.
