Hanoi, the capital city with its rich cultural heritage, is renowned for its traditional craft villages. That's precisely why the Hanoi Craft Village Tour is a unique experience within the city. Amidst the bustling heart of Hanoi, we still sensed the profound traditions and cultural depth of Vietnam's rural villages with this tour. In just one day, we went into the handcrafting world and heard stories of vibrant culture and history. This tour had four villages surrounding Hanoi.

Itinerary

08:00A.M: This full day trip will take you to four villages surrounding Hanoi. In the morning you will visit Bat Trang pottery and Van Ha wood carving villages. Van Ha village is located 25km north of Hanoi and is one of the largest centers of making wood statues in Vietnam. Each family is like a small factory, which has around 10 people as labor force. From blocks of wood the artisans can carve various kinds of statues such as Buddha, Eagles or Warriors.

After lunch in Hanoi, you will visit Van Phuc silk village, renowned for making different kinds of silk. Next stop is Duyen Thai lacquer ware village, where all the lacquer wares sold in Hanoi are manufactured

17:00 Return to Ha Noi and the trip ends

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Cancellations must be advised by email / fax

  2. The cancellation fees will apply:
  • Cancelation 30 days prior to arrival date: USD 50 per person will be charged.
  • Cancelation from 20 days to 30 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total invoice amount will be charged
  • Cancelation from 10 days to 20 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice amount will be charged
  • Cancelation less than 10 days prior to arrival date or no-show: 100% of total invoice invoice amount will be charged
 
Refund Policy

 

If tour participants buy additional services which are not included in their program, the service fee will be charged on spot.

If tours participants cancel some services and / or portion of the tour program at their will during the trip, reimbursements shall not be made for these unused services and /or portions.

If in the course of the trip, an illness or mishap befalls a tour participant that entails extra services and /or medical attention arranged by company, all the related additional costs shall be defrayed by the participant himself or herself on the spot.
