Itinerary

Arrive in Hanoi - Noi Bai International Airport. You will be met at the airport by your English speaking guide and transfer to your hotel in downtown Hanoi
You will then visit the Museum of Ethnology for your first insight into the ethnic diversity of Vietnam's peoples and their history. You will then enjoy a cyclo in the old quarter. After that you will have a traditional water puppet show before strolling around Hoan Kiem Lake and then through the old alleys of central Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi
The guide and car pick you up at your address to depart for Ninh Binh province (98 km). Start tour Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda. Arrive at the Buddha Prayer location in the Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, the home of the biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam over 10 meters in height and 100 tons in weight.
Depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take a boat trip to visit the cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in all their mystery and wildness, and see the breathtaking scenery of mountains and rivers. Trang An is considered the Ha Long on the land.
In the afternoon, return to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast, drive to Halong Bay (3 hours), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Whoever comes to Vietnam should not miss the chance to visit Halong Bay, a picturesque blend of harmonious transition between the mountains and the sea.
The program will be changed depending on which cruise choosing.
Halong Bay is in the Bac Bo (Tonkin) Gulf and stretches over an area of 1,500 km2 with three thousand green islands that look like jewels. Upon arrival at the harbor, we will embark on a junk. We will enjoy a fresh seafood lunch on the boat while experiencing the majestic beauty of Halong Bay. The Junk is a wooden sailboat designed in a traditional Vietnamese style while offering a full range of modern amenities.
Visit the fascinating Dau Go Cave called “The Cave of Marvels” and Thien Cung Cave, the “Heavenly Palace Cave” surrounded by spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.
After dinner, enjoy fishing with local fishermen. The reflection of the limestone outcrops, the sight of fishing boats lit up in the darkness; enjoy these precious moments in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world.
Overnight on board the junk.
06.30-07.00: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck.
07.00-07.30: Catch the morning view of the seascape while enjoying breakfast with cookies and tea, at the café in the restaurant.
07.30-08.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village - the famous fishing farm by bamboo boat and discover the life of local people living on the surface of Halong Bay. (No swimming).
08.30-09.30: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin.
09.30-10.40: Enjoy brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to the tourist harbor.
11.00: Disembark from boat.
12.00: Your driver takes you back to Hanoi.
On the afternoon, guide and car pick up to NoiBai Airport for the departure flight to Danang.
Arrive in Da Nang - Da Nang International Airport. You will be met at the airport by your English-speaking guide and transferred to your hotel in downtown Da Nang.
Overnight in Danang
We start the day (8.15am) at our meeting point.
Visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. 
Hoian market
We board the basket boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Bay Mau Eco Hoian Cooking class. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.
Evening you will enjoy street food in Hoian.
The end tour in Hoian. Transfer back to Danang. Overnight in Danang
Meal: Lunch at cooking class
08:00 Picking up at Hotel in Da Nang or at the hotel and start to visit Ba Na Hills - King Mountain, also known as the second DaLat/ Sapa in Central. The beautiful weather here is always cool.
09:00 You will admire the high by the most modem cable car system in Southeast Asia. You will visit Dream Stream Cable car Station. After finishing the first cable car, you will visit France wine cellar, exploring the Golden Bridge (Winding its way around a 150-meter course lined with flowers, a Golden Bridge shimmers against the Ba Na Hills, supported by a pair of giant hands). Linh Ung pagoda. You will see the panorama of Danang City.
11:00 Visit and play games at the Fantasy Park
13:00 Explore King Peak at an altitude of 1.487m, you can see a panorama view of the Bana Hills and Quang Nam - Da Nang on high. On the top of the mountain have Linh Tu Pagoda which is a special temple construction.
15:00 Return Danang. Airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh
Arrive in Saigon - Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
You will be met at the airport by your English speaking guide and transfer to your hotel in downtown Saigon. 
Check in hotel. Free at leisure
Overnight in Saigon.
Heading out of town we travel by roads to the Mekong Delta, Vietnam's largest rice bowl.
On arrival in My Tho we embark on a boat navigating around the intricate small canals in the delta region, which is a great way to observe the local lifestyle close-up. This thrilling excursion will pass the lush green vegetation before arriving on an island. Here we have opportunities to visit some fascinating local industries, stroll around an orchard and taste many delicious seasonal fruits. After feasting on a huge lunch we return to Ho Chi Minh, stopping off along the way to see the beautiful Ving Trang Pagoda.
The trip ends after arrival back in Ho Chi Minh.
Market visit from 8:45am till 9:45am
Follow our Chef through the vibrant Ben Thanh market to purchase necessary ingredients for the cooking lesson. 
Hands-on Cooking Class from 10am till 1pm
Participant will discover Vietnamese kitchenware to cook & enjoy a 4 courses meal.  MSG and "Knorr powders" are of course forbidden! We will adapt the menu to vegetarians or for people with food allergies.
Meal: Lunch - cooking class
In the afternoon. We will enjoy Hochiminh city tour to visit the Presidential Palace - residence of the President of South Vietnam until 1975, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office and Ho Chi Minh City Museum. Then visit Cholon market and Chinese district, visit Thien Hau Pagodas 
After city tour will transfer to airport for flight back your home
